OH, REALITY

I think my year of epiphanies is over. I haven’t peeled back any layers of perception lately… in fact, I think I’m burrowing back in to where I’m partially blind half the time. It is scary to be shown when you are in it and you didn’t realize you are living your life in one giant cognitive distortion… but it’s even scarier seeing yourself choose to live that way.
